With the most expansive floor plan at Hali‘i Kai, this upper-level, two-story townhome boasts 1,660 square feet of indoor/outdoor island living. Soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, a breezy open floor plan, and stylish decor make this property a true gem. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensure total comfort day and night.
Enjoy more than Kohala Coast views from your lanai - your rental includes the prized King’s Club Gold Membership Benefits for Waikoloa Resort Golf! Play Waikoloa Beach Golf Course for the deeply discounted (pre-tax) rate of $80 per person before 11 a.m., $65 per person after 11a.m., and $25 rental club fees.
The upstairs primary bedroom has a private balcony with extensive ocean, coastline, and golf course views, a king-size bed, and an en suite bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) each come furnished with a queen bed and a flat-screen television, and each has an adjacent full bathroom.
Ample comfortable seating frames a large flat-screen television in the living room at Hali‘i Kai 12G, and the kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the modern conveniences needed for meals at home. Guests have the option of elegant dining for six inside or open-air meals on the lanai, which also offers a barbecue grill.
